Akshay is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years of experience and is a transfer pricing, International taxation and BEPS implementation specialist. He is a founder of TransPrice (member of Quantera Global), a tax firm focused on providing Advisory, Compliance and Representation services in the Transfer Pricing and international taxation.
He has authored two book namely Base Erosion and Profit Shifting, which is released world-wide by Lexis Nexis in the year 2016 and on the topic of General Anti-Avoidance Rules – Establishing Substance Over Form, released in December 2017 by Bloomsbury.
Early in his career, he was associated with PwC and Ernst & Young, where he has serviced high net worth clients in the field of accounting and taxation.
As a part of industry experience, Akshay has been associated with Bayer Group of Companies in India as a part of Transfer Pricing and International Taxation, where he has been instrumental in advising the Bayer group on various taxation related matters in India.
He is a regular contributor to articles on issues and cases in Transfer Pricing. Currently he serves a host of clients in various sectors like iron and steel, pharmaceuticals, information technology, media and entertainment, travel etc. His ideology of contributing to the knowledge and his passion for teaching has motivated him to be a faculty for international taxes at the Jindal Global School of Law.
Uday has more than 30 years of professional experience, specializing in the field of taxation.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Uday has held the position of Senior Tax Partner at KPMG, Non- Executive Director of KPMG India Governance Board till March 2014 including head of Taxation for KPMG till 2012, before venturing out as an independent and specialist taxation and foreign investment advisor since April 2014.
He specializes in international tax, transfer pricing, foreign investment consulting and exchange control regulations. He has substantial experience in these matters and assisted many foreign companies, MNCs and large Indian business houses on tax and regulatory matters for over 30 years across various industries, i.e., IT, Telecom, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, etc.
Prior to joining KPMG, he was earlier Partner and Head of Tax in RSM & Co., Chartered Accountants, India. Before that, he was a Senior Tax Partner at Andersen India.
He was nominated as a leading Indian Tax Adviser by Euromoney in 2010 and 2012.
Over many years, he has worked/interacted extensively with Central Board of Direct Taxes and Regulatory bodies in making representations to them on important international and domestic tax issues.
He is an active member of the India profession and has presented papers and made presentations in India and overseas at various business and professional bodies including Bombay Chartered Accountants' Society, Western Regional Council of ICAI, Chamber of Tax Consultants, IFA, CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, etc. He was also one of the co-authors for Transfer Pricing Manual (1st edition) published by Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society.

Sneha is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with over twelve years of practical experience in the field of Taxation, Financial Planning, Transfer Pricing, International taxation and Audits. She is a Partner at TransPrice, an entity focused on Taxation and specializing in Transfer Pricing and International taxation.
Early in her career, Sneha has gained experience of consultancy from PwC in assurance and transfer pricing and was associated with Reliance Globalcom and Star Union Dai-ichi which gave her in-sights in to Financial Planning, taxation, transfer pricing and international taxation. During her career, Sneha has operationally worked on several MNC assignments.
Sneha has been instrumental in contributing her knowledge in the form of various Articles over past few years and has added value to books on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting and General Anti- Avoidance Rules.
