Kartik, a Fellow Chartered Accountant, has been a trusted advisor to businesses for over a decade. He has advised businesses on various direct taxation aspects, aided in developing tax-efficient and compliant business structures, inbound and outbound investments from a taxation and regulatory standpoint, cross-border taxation, conducted tax due diligence, and prepared transfer pricing policies and study reports. He has garnered extensive experience in foreign exchange regulations as well as international tax arena.​

He plays an active role in various committees of the professional associations and has been part of the teams that have made several representations to the statutory authorities and regulators. He is a regular speaker at the international taxation events organised by the ICAI. He has also contributed several articles on various complex direct tax law issues in known tax journals.​
